The Alternatives Library has a few exciting events happening during the first week of May!

Find us at the Ithaca Book & Zine Fair at Buffalo Street Books! From their website:
This event celebrates the freedom of expression and publishing outside the mainstream. Independent publishers, zine-makers, artists, DIYers, and writers from around the region will show and sell their wares. Throughout the day there will be free workshops on topics such as creative writing, zine-making, bookbinding, printing, and more.
This event is part of the Community Arts Partnership’s Spring Writes Literary Festival.
Monday, May 6, 2024 – 7:00pm to 9:00pm
Marginalia Review (student organization) will host their final poetry Open Mic Night of the semester at the Alternatives Library. Come by for “good eats, good reads, and good people!”
Tuesday, May 7, 2024 – 7:30pm
The Fanclub Collective (student organization) invites you to an evening of live music from the D.I.Y. scene. Free and open to the public!
