Library Re-opens January 15th

Dear patrons,

Due to some sever water damage (burst pipe) the library will be closed this week and re-opening on January 15th.

We’ll still be in the building, mostly cleaning and sorting, throughout the week so if you’re in the area feel free to stop on by – we just can’t promise all areas will be accessible.

We’ll also still be available by phone or email. Contact ryan@alternativeslibrary.org if you have any questions or concerns regarding your account, or call our number 607-255-6486.

Upcoming book sale!

This isn’t related to the flood, but it has been a couple years… so we’re ready to have an amazing used book sale. If you like interesting books, you’re definitely going to want to check this out and mark your calendar.

Our Alternatives Library Book Sale is happening on February 10th & 11th right here at the Durland Alternatives Library, 130 Anabel Taylor Hall.

There is free parking on weekends, and the building is wheelchair accessible from College ave.

Hope to see you there!
