Radiant Voices: Radical Poetry Night

October 24 @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

We will gather to read original and admired poems centered on social injustices and change. In doing so, we seek to position art in the contexts of activism and resistance. We aim to show how language can subvert hegemony, misogyny, racism, ableism, homophobia, Islamophobia, transphobia, and other oppressive structures. This event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
